Canceling a subscription

If you decide you no longer want a subscription, it can be canceled. Please read this article carefully before proceeding. Before canceling, please note the following:


  • Canceling a subscription is not reversible
  • If you cancel a subscription by mistake, you will need to contact us for assistance
  • Subscriptions can be canceled on the billing portal, or by phone


To cancel a subscription via the billing portal, follow these steps:


  1. Log into the billing portal
  2. On the options for the subscription you want to cancel, click the "Cancel" button
  3. On the next page enter any feedback in the text box
  4. read the important information
  5. Choose between cancel Now, or cancel at end of period 

Note: Read carefully before proceeding:

  • If you click "cancel now", your subscription will cancel immediately
  • If you click Cancel at end of period, your subscription will cancel at the end of the billing cycle.

      6. Choose your option and confirm in the pop up


Note: The canceled subscription remains on your subscriptions page for 90 days.
