If you decide you no longer want a subscription, it can be canceled. Please read this article carefully before proceeding. Before canceling, please note the following:
- Canceling a subscription is not reversible
- If you cancel a subscription by mistake, you will need to contact us for assistance
- Subscriptions can be canceled on the billing portal, or by phone
To cancel a subscription via the billing portal, follow these steps:
- Log into the billing portal
- On the options for the subscription you want to cancel, click the "Cancel" button
- On the next page enter any feedback in the text box
- read the important information
- Choose between cancel Now, or cancel at end of period
Note: Read carefully before proceeding:
- If you click "cancel now", your subscription will cancel immediately
- If you click Cancel at end of period, your subscription will cancel at the end of the billing cycle.
6. Choose your option and confirm in the pop up
Note: The canceled subscription remains on your subscriptions page for 90 days.
