Updating payment information for a subscription

If your payment information ever changes, it is important to make sure it is up to date with your subscriptions, otherwise, we can't charge you for your subscriptions. Follow the steps in this article to update your payment information.

To update credit card information for a subscription:

1. Log into the billing portal
2. on the subscription tile that you want to change the payment information for, click the "Update payment method button"
3. On the edit information page, enter your new credit card details
4. Enter the billing address for the credit card
5. Click the save button
