Resuming an On Hold subscription

When you want to remove a hold on a subscription, follow the steps below.


  1. Log into the billing portal
  2. Look on the list of your subscriptions for the one you put on hold.
  3. Click the "Resume" button
  4. Review the information on the page and click the resume button
  5. Confirm your choice in the popup
