Updating your contact information for subscriptions

If your contact information ever changes, make sure to update it to ensure we can get in touch with you if we ever have questions about your subscriptions or account. You can update the following info through the billing portal:


  • Name
  • address
  • email

You can't change your phone number through the billing portal. To change that, please contact a team member.

You can change your contact information for just one, or all of your subscriptions. We will show you both methods in this article.


To change your contact information:


Method 1-Change contact information for all subscriptions

  1. Log into the billing portal
  2. On one of the subscription tiles, select the "Edit contact information button"

Please note: Changing the information from one subscription in this method will change it across all subscriptions. To change it on just one single subscription, read on for method 2.

    3.  Edit the information under the corresponding headings.

    4. If you want this change too change your billing portal account information, tick the box at the bottom of the page

    5. Click the save button to complete the process


Method 2- Change a single subscription

  1. Log into the billing portal
  2. Click the "My account button"
  3. Edit the information you would like to edit in the Edit information heading
  4.  Tick the box next to the subscription you would like to update
  5. Click the save button to confirm the change
