Suspending a subscription (Temporary pause)

If you don't want to be billed for a subscription for a short time, you can do so through the billing portal following the steps in this article. Before beginning, please be aware of the following:


  • This is only a temporary pause. This isn't a solution for continues non-billing.
  • If you do not want to be billed long term, it is recommended to cancel your subscription.
  • You won't be charged while your subscription is on hold


  1. Log into the billing portal
  2. Look on the right of the subscription tile, you will see four buttons: 
  • Apply Coupon
  • Change Plan
  • Put on hold
  • Cancel

      3.    Click the "Put on Hold button"

      4.    Review the information at the top of the page

      5.    Choose how long you want the subscription to be on hod for.

Note: You can choose between two options


  • Keep the subscription on hold until it is resumed manually 
  • Automatically resume on a specified date 


   6.  Choose the option you would like

    7. Click the place on hold button and confirm in the pop up

   8. The Subscription status will now show as "On Hold"
