If you ever receive a automated or written  email from us regarding your account, it could be for many reasons, which are stated below. If you ever receive a email from us not listed below or you think is not a official email from Owens Business, please contact customer service.


Reasons you could be receiving a email are:


  • A expired password on the customer portal
  • A invoice past due  
  • Payment for a invoice has been received
  • Membership is due for renewal
  • Membership invoice is ready.
  • You reset the password on the customer portal
  • You reset the password on our membership portal


———-> Please note: The same rules apply when you receive a written email from customer service for matters not listed above. Some common written emails you can receive are:


  • Responses to support tickets
  • Live chat transcripts 
  • other matters not listed.
