Changing account details

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:

1. Log into your portal account

Tip: Forgot your password? Click the Forgot Password? button and follow the instructions to reset your password

2. Under the "My Details" heading", click the view more button

3. Click the pencil icon in the section you want to update

4. Update the information that needs to be changed

5. Be sure to click the save button to save your changes

6. When finished, open the hamburger menu, click the down arrow next to your name and select log out.
