What do I do if I keep receiving invoices after paying it?

if you recently got services performed, you will receive an invoice detailing all the services performed. it is due within the payment terms specified. If after you pay it, you are still receiving the invoice, please contact customer service, as there could be a number of reasons why you are receiving it. Some examples include:

  • it may only be partially paid, not fully paid
  • it could be another invoice on your account
  • there may be a reminder of your receipt enabled
  • the payment may not have been processed yet
  • Our system may not have updated with your payment yet
  • Other reasons not listed here.

Please allow our system three days to reflect your payment. if after three days you still receive reminders, please contact customer service for assistance.
